We are pioneers in the use of shipping containers to build permanent residences in Ontario. Not only are shipping containers extremely durable, but they are built to exacting standards.
Unique Operating Model: Vertical Integration
In most of our projects, we act as designer, builder, developer and property manager. This removes unnecessary costs from our development projects and allows us to be extremely competitive.
Our vision is to build communities. We plan to integrate services into our residential projects that enhance the lifestyle appeal of our community developments. Residences that are designed specifically for seniors may incorporate meal plans, community support and other conveniences designed to enhance to improve the comfort of our residents.
Flexible Financial Models
We will employ financial models best suited for the target market. Many of our residences will be rental properties, but we will also use other structures that are tailored to the target market.
